Once our clients are set up and the volume of work increases – it may be the right time they bring someone on board.
We would find the right person and train them (in house) as per the clients’ specific requirements.
Once the trainee is ready to hit the ground running, and efficiency rate is established we would assist the client through the employee transfer process and give guidelines as to how much time input is required for the role.
